Job Description

  • Manage B2B operations across offline channels
  • Onboarding vendors over B2B platforms and drive growth
  • Financial reconciliations for B2B operations (inventory and payments)
  • Coordinating with Operations team for creating shipments
  • Working closely with the finance team to ensure all channel level escalations are closed within SLA

Job Requirement

  • Person should have sound knowledge of the offline retail industry
  • Should be well versed with the working of distributors, whole-sellers, retailers etc.
  • In depth knowledge of MS excel, google sheets
  • Person should have strong analytical skills to draw inferences from data and then execute them
  • Good communication skills, excellent stakeholder management skills, fluent English speaking, and writing
  • Prior experience of offline channel operations

Job Description

  • To understand the marketplace, Categorizing of Product Listing (content, images, Pricing etc.) across multiple categories based on SOP while ensuring utmost accuracy and efficiency
  • Activating and listing products in various online marketplaces
  • Responsible for ensuring all products are listed and optimized to the highest standards across the website and marketplaces
  • Manage marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly
  • Interacting and coordinating with merchants and category team to help ensure smooth data flow for all required details for the product listing as per guidelines

Job Requirement

  • Microsoft Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP etc.) and Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in verbal & written communication.
  • Eye for Detail & Excellent Data Accuracy skills
  • Ability to analysed and identify patterns in large data sets.
  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to meet Deadlines
